Timing
What time should I arrive?
We'll post the exact arrival time once the ceremony start is confirmed. Plan to be seated fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins.
What time does the ceremony start?
Ceremony start time is being finalized — we'll post it here as soon as it's set.
How long will the ceremony last?
About thirty minutes, followed by a cocktail hour.
What happens after the ceremony?
Cocktail hour in the manor, then dinner and dancing in the grand ballroom.
What time does the reception end?
11:00 pm.
What if I'm late to the ceremony?
Please wait quietly at the back until the processional is complete, and a coordinator will help you find a seat.

Logistics
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? What about rain?
The ceremony is planned outdoors with the Blue Ridge as the backdrop. There is an indoor rain plan inside the manor.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — the ceremony lawn and manor reception spaces are accessible. Please let us know in advance so we can help with seating and transport.
Where do I park?
On-site parking is available for all guests.
Will there be a shuttle?
We intend to offer a shuttle between the hotel block and the venue. Schedule will be posted on the Travel page.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, overnight parking is permitted for anyone using the shuttle.
When should I book the hotel?
As soon as the room block is posted — Loudoun fills up quickly in March.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes. You'll find your table at the entrance to the reception.
Can we explore the property?
Absolutely — just please wait until after the ceremony to explore.

Etiquette
What is the dress code?
Formal attire for the wedding, cocktail attire for the welcome party. See the Details page for more guidance.
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus-ones are noted on your RSVP form. If a plus-one isn't listed, we'd love to celebrate just with you.
Can I bring my children?
We'd love to keep the wedding an adults-only evening. Children of immediate family are welcome.
When do I need to RSVP?
The RSVP deadline is posted on the RSVP page. If you miss it, send a note directly — we'll do our best.
Open bar?
Yes. Please drink responsibly — we'd love to see you on the dance floor.
Vegetarian or other dietary needs?
Let us know on your RSVP — there's a field for dietary restrictions.
Where are you registered?
See the Registry page — links will be posted shortly.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony — our photographer will capture it. Afterward, photos are welcome.
Can I post on social media?
Please wait until after the ceremony. After that, share away — we'll set up a shared album link on the day.
What will the weather be like?
Mid-March in Loudoun is usually 50s in the day and 30s overnight. Dress in layers; the ceremony is outdoors.
